四、機房環(huán)境(機房專用空調解決方案)建設推薦案例 (Computer room environment (the solution for special air conditioning) recommended case)?
某廣電IDC中心機房,建筑面積705.6平方米,層高 4.3米,按照功能的要求分為A區(qū)、B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū),第一消防分區(qū)為A區(qū),第二消防分區(qū)為B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)。如下圖:

考慮建筑熱負荷及設備(計算機等)熱負荷, A區(qū)所需冷量不小于210KW, B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)所需冷量不小于190KW。在這個方案中,如果考慮應用舒適空調,以5P為例,即使不考慮備份,也需要32套,應用中無法達到IDC機房需要的溫濕度、潔凈度標準。同樣中央空調也無法實現(xiàn)這個IDC機房的空氣調節(jié)要求。合理的機房專用空調應用及設計方案,才能滿足機房環(huán)境建設的合理性、安全性、可擴容性。此IDC機房空調方案分析如下:

  1. A區(qū)機房采用4 臺機房專用空調產(chǎn)品81UA(其中1臺備用),單臺機組可制冷量為.77.3KW,可提供總冷量為309.2KW ;B區(qū)、C區(qū)及D區(qū)機房采用4 臺65UA機組(其中1臺備用),單臺機組可制冷量為66.6KW,可提供總冷量為266.4KW,以上推薦配置機組均能完全滿足機房冷負荷的要求,并均實現(xiàn)3+1備份,任意機組故障或維護,其它機組正常工作,保障系統(tǒng)安全性。
